You can also create a new outcome by clicking on the Create New Outcome button. An outcome or result is the final message that the user will see after completing the quiz based on their answers.
  • For this example, we will assign the following outcomes to the answer options:
  • Sleeping -> Lazy Cat
  • Playing -> Playful Cat
  • Eating -> Hungry Cat
  • Scratching -> Grumpy Cat
  • Click on the Save Question button to save your question.
  • Repeat the same steps to add more questions and answers to your quiz. You can add as many questions and answers as you want.
